Staff of this license console. Any active userid works (FAdmin / Fadmin). First login for a seeded account must set a new password. The bootstrap is not listed on this page.

Customers
Click Customer or Last billed to sort. Calendar sets Past due and Revoked from last billed. Immediate Revoke sticks until you set Active.

Monthly last billed
Enter the next last billed date, then Commit. This list is monthly customers that are not Revoked. Annual and Revoked stay off this batch. Unchecked rows are left alone. Status follows last billed: Active 30 days, Past due through 60, then Revoked. Manual Revoke is not on this list.

Annual last billed
Annual contracts only. A row appears when last billed is 11 calendar months or older (today minus 11 months), or last billed is missing. Revoked stay on the revoked list. Enter that customer’s last billed date and Save — not a batch date. Status then follows last billed: Active through 1 year + 30 days, Past due through 1 year + 60 days, then Revoked.

Revoked licenses

Users
Staff of this license console. FAdmin is listed so password and email can be maintained. Email is required for 2FA — the login code goes to that user, not a shared inbox. You cannot delete the last remaining user.

Ask Web tenants
C&K FAdmin only (this console, after 2FA). Each row is a public hostname on the Ask Web droplet. Ask Host URL must be http://name.tailxxxxx.ts.net:5281. New hostnames still need DNS + CORS via deploy/digitalocean/05-add-tenant.sh. Status pending returns 404 to browsers; test and live route. Shop Owner/Clerk on a tenant site cannot reach this map.
